Our Pet Policy

Pet Regulations: Pets Allowed
Details: We realize that your pets are important members of your family. We welcome up to 2 pets per home with a combined weight limit of 60 lbs. Our non-refundable pet fee is $300 per pet in addition to a $20 monthly pet rent per pet. We are pet friendly however, we do not accept certain breeds of dogs, including Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
