Community News Bulletin

Our resident play a huge role in how the community looks by helping us with a few houskeeping items.. 

1. Please pick up and clean after yourselves and pets.

2. Throw out your trash in the appropriate containers and no trashed is to be placed outside on patios or front doors.  Thank you in advance for helping us keep our community and yours clean!!

3. Please do not leave trash outside your apartment home

4. Patios must be kept neat and free of clutter.  Only plants and patio furniture are permitted.  No trash, boxes, or equipment of any kind.

5. Satellite dishes are only to be placed inside the patio and not attached or on community property. 

6. If you smoke please take pride in your home to dispose of your debris in the trash and not on our grounds.

7. Rent is due on the first and late on the 4th please pay no later than on the 3rd of close of business.  Thank you for your residency.

8. Hanging outside your door is not considered appropriate please utilize your patios for this and or your apartment home.
